Way To Israel is committed to equal service for everyone, including people with disabilities, and works to make waytoisrael.com accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

Accessibility Features

Full keyboard navigation, a "skip to main content" link and a clear focus indicator.

Semantic structure of headings and page regions, alternative text for images, labels for buttons and links, and sufficient color contrast.

Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% and different screen sizes, right-to-left support and four languages.

An accessibility menu at the side of the screen for larger text, high contrast, inverted colors, link highlighting, pausing animations, a readable font, text spacing and a large cursor. Settings are remembered in the browser.

The system preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion) is respected.

Known Limitations

Third-party content embedded in the site, such as maps and virtual tours, may not be fully accessible. Some project images are uploaded by developers, and we are working to complete alternative text for all of them.
