1. Who We Are and What the Service Is

Way To Israel is a marketing company for new residential construction projects in Israel. The site presents projects we market on behalf of their developers and lets you contact us for information and personal guidance through the purchase process, including for buyers from abroad.

The service is free of charge for buyers. We are paid by the developers whose projects we market, and the price offered through us is the same as directly from the developer.

We are not a party to the purchase contract. The purchase contract, the technical specification, the Sale Law (Apartments) securities and the payment schedule are set between you and the developer alone, and the developer is responsible to you for the sale.

We are not a law firm, tax advisers or mortgage advisers, and we do not give legal, tax, financial or investment advice. All information on the site, including the guides and the mortgage calculator, is general information only and is no substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

2. Project Information, Prices and Renderings

Prices, specifications, availability, delivery dates and other project details are supplied to us by the developers, may change at any time and do not constitute an offer or a commitment by us or by the developer. The binding terms are only those set in the purchase contract.

Images and renderings on the site are for illustration only; the show apartment or rendering is not binding. The technical specification attached to the contract is what counts.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information current, but errors and omissions may occur (E&OE). Verify every detail with the developer and with your own lawyer before any commitment.

3. Referrals to Professionals

At your request we can refer you to lawyers practising real-estate law and to mortgage advisers. Your engagement with the professional is directly between you and them, on terms you agree with them; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for their services. We always recommend being represented in the transaction by an independent lawyer of your own.

4. User Account

Use of the site and opening an account are permitted to persons aged 18 or over. When opening an account you must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential; actions taken in your account are your responsibility.

The account stores favorites, a comparison list and mortgage scenarios. You can delete your account at any time from the user menu, and we may suspend or close an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site unlawfully or abusively, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, run automated tools to collect content (scraping), disrupt the site, or copy and distribute content from the site for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on the site, including texts, guides, design, marks and code, is owned by Way To Israel or its partners, or used under license from the developers and rights holders. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent. Developer and project names and logos belong to their owners.

7. Privacy and Marketing Messages

The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Marketing messages are sent only to those who gave explicit consent in the form, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Liability

The site and its information are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on information on the site, from a purchase or financing decision, or from temporary interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site, and the date above reflects the latest update.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Jerusalem district have exclusive jurisdiction. The Hebrew version of these terms is the binding one; the English and Spanish translations are provided for convenience only.
